Are you a skilled welder with a passion for leadership? CD&H Inc. in El Dorado, KS is seeking a Weld Shop Foreman Lead to oversee our welding operations and lead a team of talented welders. As a Weld Shop Foreman Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our welding processes while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of welders, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Coordinate welding projects, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
• Train new welders on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, troubleshooting any issues that arise

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of welding experience
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
