CD&H, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Safety Supervisor to join our team. We’re an established industrial contractor committed to safety, quality, and performance on every project. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enforce all job site safety programs, policies, and procedures

• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments

• Lead safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks for crews and subcontractors

• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and safety records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 standards

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to travel to job sites around Wichita and the surrounding areas

• Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, CHST or similar
