Join Our Team as a Civil Foreman!

Are you a skilled leader in the construction industry with a passion for overseeing civil projects? CD&H, Inc. is seeking a motivated Civil Foreman to join our team in Columbus, NE. As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of our construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff on civil projects
• Coordinate project tasks according to priorities and plans
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met on site
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of civil construction techniques, and excellent leadership skills. A proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry
• Knowledge of civil construction techniques and requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to Travel throughout various work projects/locations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• OSHA certification is a plus
